Terms of use
Who provides G4A Pass
G4A Pass is provided by Dr. Jesus del Valle, Sonatenweg 10, 13158 Berlin, Germany (“we”). Questions: pass@yeysus.com.
The service
G4A Pass is a mission-led learning platform: you take on missions, bring back evidence, reflect, and build a record of what you made. It is free of charge and still being built, so features can change, move or go away.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to have an account. Young people take part only through G4A Generations, under an adult's account.
An account is personal. Keep your password and any API tokens secret; what happens with them counts as yours. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has them.
Accounts from organizations on our list are active straight away; others wait for approval, which we may refuse without giving a reason. We may lock an account that breaks these terms.
What you may and may not do
Use G4A Pass for learning and building, and submit evidence of your own work. Do not submit:
- confidential information of your employer or anybody else,
- personal data of other people without their permission, and never health data,
- anything unlawful, discriminatory, harassing or infringing somebody's rights,
- malware, or anything meant to attack or overload the service.
Automated access through the API is welcome, within its rate limits and your token's scopes.
Your content
What you submit stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to you and, for milestone missions, to the reviewers of this service, as far as that is needed to run G4A Pass. We do not publish it and do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.
G4A Generations
Only a young person's guardian, or an adult the guardian has authorized, may enroll them. You are responsible for the young person's activity in the pair, for agreeing to the current policy version, and for revoking consent when it no longer applies. Do not enter a young person's real name or contact details.
Suggestions and reviews
Mission suggestions, including those of the optional AI coach, and reviewers' feedback are suggestions, not professional, legal or medical advice. You decide what you build and how you use it.
Availability
We aim to keep G4A Pass running, but cannot promise that it is always available or that data cannot be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation (one the proper use of the service depends on and you may rely on), limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of service. Otherwise, as the service is free, our liability is excluded.
Ending
You can stop at any time and have your account deleted by writing to pass@yeysus.com. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach of these terms.
Changes
We may change these terms when the service changes. We tell you about important changes before they apply; if you keep using G4A Pass after that, the new terms apply. The current version is always on this page.
Law
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live. These terms are available in English and German; both say the same.
